Hauled away, or blown into the woods
Milford splits two ways on this. Township lots tend to be smaller and suburban, and on those the leaves have to be loaded and hauled away. But a good share of Milford homes back onto woods, and where they do we can blow the leaves and debris straight in — which costs you less than hauling.
It is worth asking which applies to you before you assume a price. Two houses the same size on opposite sides of Milford can come in differently for exactly this reason.
One visit, and what it covers
A spring cleanup here is usually a single visit. Whatever blew in over winter comes out of the beds, matted patches get broken up so air and light reach the crowns, and the property is left ready for what comes next.
That timing is also the reason to pair it with weed prevention: the ground is just starting to warm, the weeds are out, and the pre-emergent can be raked straight into the soil while we are already there.
How it is priced
Cleanups are priced by acreage rather than by the hour or the bag, so the quote tracks the size of the property. Whether we are hauling or blowing into the woods moves it too. We come out, measure, and give you the number before anything starts.
